Fulford, an Atlanta native and co-founder of J&L Books, selected 40 photographers for this unique project. A throw-back to table settings of the 50s, PAPER PLACEMATS (ATL) provide an intimate and surprising glimpse into the world of contemporary photography. Fulford has curated well-known artists like Lee Friedlander alongside emerging photographers from the U.S. and beyond. PAPER PLACEMATS (ATL) can be found at these area restaurants: Aprés Diem, Canton St. Cafe, Crescent Moon, Flying Biscuit Cafe (Midtown & Candler Park), The Globe, Havana Sandwich Shop, Perk Place Coffee Shop, Ria’s Bluebird, Thumbs Up Diner, Village Pizza, WASABi, Watershed, and West Egg Café.
