Festival Guide Listings - 2011

Plan your photo-related event or exhibition and join us in celebrating the ACP Photography Festival 2011. Be a part of the incredible transformation that takes place each October when Atlanta is filled with photography! Participants organize their own photo events or exhibitions. Exhibitions or events should occur between mid-September through the end of October, though an exhibition can end after Oct 31st. We expect printed Festival Guides to be available by Sept. 15th.

How to Participate:
Plan your event (artists / venues). List your event in the Festival Guide. (Listings are now open, and will close on July 8th, at 11:59pm). Show your participation!

Benefits of participating in ACP 2011 include:

Extensive publicity and promotion of your event

Venues benefit from increased traffic during October

Photographers benefit from increased exposure

Listings are seen by 20,000+ people through the printed and online guides

Participation entitles your events and news to be promoted year round on ACP Now!

Every listing will have an image. The best way to draw attention to your event in a photography festival is to include an image that you have permission to publish. If you cannot select an image to use, please consider a logo, or a photo of the interior of the venue.

In 2011, ACP will have an enhanced online Festival Guide. The Festival Guide will be easier to search, more Google-friendly, and it will again be available as a downloadable PDF. Plus, each listing will have its own page, with a unique link and location.

Get Started:

Gather your event, artist & venue info.

The majority of events will be in October. ACP will not have printed guides available until mid-September. ACP recommends that your Main Event occur between mid-September and October 31st.

You'll need a large jpg that you have permission to publish, between 1000 and 3000 pixels on its longest side.

The submission process works best with Firefox 3+, Safari, or Internet Explorer 7+

You'll need to complete your listing in one sitting, ideally in twenty minutes!
