Overview

Each listing begins as a Basic Listing to which additional items can be added, a-la-carte. The steps for registration are laid out in the forms that follow, but here is an overview of what is included.

ACP will be printing 20,000 Festival Guides this year, to be widely distributed in the Atlanta metro area, and beyond!

Basic Listing $85

Included in your ACP 10 Festival Guide listing:

  1. Venue Information
    • Venue Name
    • Address (3 lines maximum)
    • Telephone
    • Web site
    • Hours
    • Neighborhood
  2. Exhibition Information
    • Name
    • Dates
  3. Special Event (Opening, Artist Talk, Lecture, Book Signing, Film, Workshop, Other)
    • Date
    • Time
  4. Artists (up to 4, additional artists listed for a small fee)
  5. Photograph (pictures are required for this year's online Festival Guide. Adding a photograph for the printed guide is highly recommended, and costs $50.)

Additional information included only in online guide:

  1. 100 word description
  2. Photograph (file size 30K; width 150 pixels)
  3. Link to web site
  4. Link to location on Google Maps
  5. To list additional artists, $10 each
  6. To list extra events for venue, $15
  7. To list additional extra address $20 (special events at locations other than primary venue)
  8. Description of extra event, $15 (such as ticket prices, etc., 100 character maximum)

We'll be accepting all major credit cards via Google Checkout this year. We will still accept checks; they must be mailed before June 30th to:
