There's a slew of great events this week over in Athens at the Lyndon House Arts Center. Check this out:

* There's an opening reception for "Pictures of Us: Photographs from The Do Good Fund Collection", an exhibition featuring photographic portraits from Southern artists on Thursday, from 6-8pm. The exhibition will be open through March 5th.
* A portfolio review on Friday from 10am-2pm featuring Mark Steinmetz, Baldwin Lee & Mike Smith (call 706-613-3623 to reserve a time)
* A panel discussion on Friday from 3-4:30pm featuring Atlanta-based photographer Jill Frank, the portfolio reviewers, and Michael David Murphy from ACP. Marni Shindelman will be the discussion moderator.
* Here's the Facebook event page.

In fact, there are SIX exhibitions (at Quiet Gallery, BarCafe gallery, Dodd Galleries at Lamar Dodd School of Art, Lyndon House Arts Center, Richard B. Russell Building Special Collections Libraries, and Willson Center for Humanities and Arts) sponsored by The Do Good Fund around Athens.

Should be a great week in Athens, hope to see you there!
