Thomas Neff in Atlanta
Thomas Neff, a Louisiana-based photographer who’s made a book about Hurricane Katrina, will be signing copies of Holding Out and Hanging On: Surviving Hurricane Katrina at Barnes & Noble in Buckhead at 4 PM on Saturday, February 9th.
Neff’s work is large-format, 5×7, and his project involved photographing residents of New Orleans who chose not to evacuate from Katrina’s path. If you’re a SCAD student, you should take advantage of his lecture, too!
